Day Program Services
We offer day program services for adults with special needs, adults with memory care needs, and older adults who are overall well. Each music therapy session is incredibly interactive with opportunities for therapeutic instrument play, movement to music, collaborative singing, and more. Each of our group programs will receive a group treatment plan and six-month goal reviews on the progress of the consumers in the group. We travel throughout most of Connecticut and offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly sessions.
We frequently serve day programs specific to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our therapists are skilled in supporting goals and objectives on the Individual Plan through DDS. In addition, we are able to design session plans to target skills needed to improve an individual’s LON score. We also offer assistance with developing holiday/ concert programs. Performance can assist with teamwork, self-esteem, as well as assist non-profit organizations in securing donors.
We frequently serve adult day programs for older adults with and without memory care issues. We believe in using age appropriate music and we utilize a variety of live and recorded music in each session to engage participants in services.
